Well - the battery is brand new and charges perfectly with a modern charger.

I will search some more...

Gunnar,

Wilfried is right, mostly it's the battery that's defected. But i've had the same problem with the Hobby 600 of a friend of mine and it was in this case a bad soldering of an elctrical condensator on the circuitboard.

keep us informed please

(after all sharing knowledge is what its all about on our bulletin board)

Hello Gunnar,
if the battery charger switches on and switches off the battery can be also too often defective.

For a judgement one must look the volt metre and the ampere.

Exchanging the battery charger requires a little bigger rebuilding in the electrical system. One must develop the board in the Control-Panel practically.

Thanks a lot!

No I have managed to find the error and everything seem to work properly!

I'm simply lucky!

There was this bad connection in a connection and also a burned coupper-lead on the PCB.

But it seem to me when there are no load on the system exept from charging the batteries, the charging cliks in and out way too fast and too often. Maibee I should trim the potentiometers. Do you have a scheem with voltage-reference for this? Or is it the way it should be.

I-m also thinking about switch the "Ladegerät" to a new switch-mode type. Is this a good idea. maybee some of you have some experience in this?

And - Yes - the Rv17 is amacing. I have been traveling with my 600 and my with my motorcycle several times myself on the westcoast here in Norway and it's just beautiful!

Again: thanks a lot. :daumen2:

Hello Gunnar,
welcome here with the friends of the hobby 600. We have a big download area . There you also find the diagrammes for your vehicle, incl. an English example version . You must watch whether the number 2354 stands on a yellow or red sticker. The plans are slightly different. Presumably you have the yellow version 4 . I must admit, the electrical system a little bit needs getting used to. Therefore, I have drawn sometimes a general plan (after version 5). I hope it helps you. Maybe I can also help you if you a little more exactly describe your problem.

Norway is, by the way, my favorite trip land. I have undertaken there already many tours with the camper. Especially the Lofoten and Kystriksveien Rv17 have done it to me.
Many greetings and a lot of success
