So there is a calbe running form the front to the rear on the side of the kitchen in the corner between ceiling and wall (where also the cable for the tv is running) This is the cable for these upper contour lights. Do yo know if this cable powers only the right contourlight and there is also a cable running inside the other side of the camper to the back (for the left rear contour light)? Or is the left contour light powered from the right side (and the is a cable running on the backside of the camper)

Hi,

know when you mean the cabel in to the kitchen .then is the correct power cabel this from the rear. The cabel what are comming from the blanket nearly to the door. That are for the TV.

Nun wenn du die kabel in der Küche mreinst. Dann kommt das Anschluss kabel aus dem Heck des Fahrzeuges. Das was aus der Decke kommt, in der nahe der Tür ist für den TV Anschluss.

It has been a while, and there has been a lot of work done. It was (luckily) not so bad as in Mike12Mike topic ( hobby600.de/forum/13-aufbau/23933-wasser...enwand-komplettumbau ). But now I can refurbish (I found Skai that is more or less the same color) and build in all the forniture. I will post some images later on. But first, I need to fix something, that I need some help with. Somewhere during the reconstruction of the inside, on of the 'contour-lights' the back stopped working. I am afraid a power cable is damaged. But does somebody know how/where the powercable is running to these light? (is it from the normal rear lights and the nach oben? Or is it from the front, and then on both sides in the corner between wall and ceiling? I hope some knows, it will be a pain to get to that cable. Vielen Dank,

...wenn man einmal anfängt! Da bist Du aber nicht der erste und wirst auch nicht der letzte Hobby 600- Besitzer sein, der eine Überraschung nach der anderen erlebt.

Man bekommt den Caravan-Kleber bei Ottozeus . Allerdings fällt er unter die Chemikalien-Verbots-Verordnung und darf nicht an Privatleute abgegeben werden. Aber eventuell ist Dein Händler bereit, Dir ein paar Kartuschen zu besorgen. Wir hatten es auch schon mal gemacht, dass ein Forum-Mitglied mit Gewerbeschein den Kleber besorgt hat.

Für das Skai würde ich einen Stoffgroßhandel empfehlen. Ich empfehle Chabanski in Witten. Die verkaufen auch über ebay. Allerdings muss man dann genau wissen was man haben möchte und die Bilder sind nicht so gut wie Muster. Deshalb kann man bei denen im riesigen Lager das richtige aussuchen.

I had to let the car pass for TUV this week. I wanted to check if there where no expensive problems there, but it passed. But they had a hydrometer, so I went on search for perhaps some more leakages, and I found a big one on the rear where the bike carrier is attached. :2172: The wood is soft and so I build out the rear furniture, and I will have to fix that to. I don't dare to drive now with my heavy bicycle (where I can take my two kids). So I face a big make-over...
I have tried to find the Ruderer kleber, but I can't finf it here in the Netherlands. I have found some other glue, but it is not so easy to get hold of. I am also searching for the skai upholstery that matches the original, but now luck so far. Also looking for the soft backing of the upholastery, I thought that would be a standard thing, but I am also having trouble finding that. I will keep you posted.

Hallo Stan,
Du solltest schon die Latten bis zu den guten Stücken ersetzen. Dabei aber nicht einfach auf Stoß verbinden sondern eine Verzahnung schaffen. Als Kleber empfehle ich Caravan -Kleber von Ruderer. Der Klebt Holz mit Alu und Styropor und schäumt auch leicht auf (je nach verwendetem Wasser).

Zum Türrahmen: schau mal diesen Beitrag hier.

Zum Scharnier: Meist liegt es daran, dass die (Stahl-)Schrauben im Alu fest gegammelt sind und keinen Druck mehr ausüben. Dann müssen die Gewinde in den Scharniere erneuert werden. Ich habe auch schon Scharniere mit durchgehenden Schrauben gesehen. Wenn das Holz aber sehr weich ist, wirst Du es nicht wieder richtig fest bekommen. Dann muss auf dieser Seite auch der Rahmen (das Rahmenstück) erneuert werden.
