Increase the output 2.5TD engine.

Hello everyone.
Have read that by replacing this rod in the fuel pump can raise the power of 2.5TD engine with about 20HP.
Someone on the forum who have tried this?
Many people in Sweden who have tried with positive results. :woohoo:

das Teil ist mir nicht bekannt. (Ich fahre aber auch keinen TD :evil: ) Ich weiß aber, das bei uns einige die Feder (Position 7) austauschen und damit ein höheres Drehmoment bekommen sollen. Möglicherweise hat dies den gleichen Effekt.

I can imagine that a rod of this type and a spring with less resistance can make a difference on a car without a turbo. Turbo is nice! :drive1:

Obviously I mean #7 and #8. Not #4 and #9.
I have contacted a gentleman here in Sweden that manufactures custom parts.However, I have not received any reply from him yet.

I asked for more info, they asked for a new pin, including mounting 550€ :woohoo:
And they give teh advice to use a KN airfilter, cost 120€ :woohoo:

Then are probably € 90 a little cheaper :laugh:
KN airfilter... you can find cheaper than that.

If there is someone who wants to buy this stick. I can arrange it all. The freight on the stick if I buy it in Sweden is part of € 90. So there will be extra shipping to Germany or wherever you want sent ... It has the same function as DT piston. Maybe even better. And the price difference is huge.
